NOTE: Email address is a required field and must be unique. If the member does not provide an email address, create one using the format "membername@yoursociety.co.uk".
If an email address is already in use (e.g. joint email address or child of member using parent's email), use a sub-address by typing "+1" before the "@" sign in the email address. In this way, the email address will appear unique but an email will still be sent.
